Onboarding Process
Initial Chat
The first part of the onboarding process is our initial chat. In this meeting, we will get to know each other and any accounting problems you are facing.
Quote
If you decide to move forward with me as your accountant, then I will give you my Quickbooks Firm ID. After that you will send over an invitation on QuickBooks for me to review your books and accounts. Once this is done - I will send over a detailed list of the services that I will provide (nothing is left to guessing, I show exactly what you are paying for!)
Payment
If the quote is fair to you and fair to me, then we will set up a recurring monthly payment. No matter what the date is, the first payment will come out on the first of the following month. For example if we agree to the quote on June 22nd, the first payment will come out on July 1st.
Results
After that sit back and relax! All accounting needs will be taken care of me and you can expect the utmost professional financial services!
